I18n Issues

Using the DateTimeFormatInfo constructor directly in your application will create formatting information for the invariant culture only, which is English without a country or region designation.

Recommended Replacements

Use the DateTimeFormatInfo.CurrentInfo property to create a DateTimeFormatInfo object for the culture of the current thread. To create a DateTimeFormatInfo object for a specific culture, create a CultureInfo object and then retrieve the CultureInfo.DateTimeFormat property.
