Assign Rule Set

Rule Sets have one owner at a time, and only the owner can make modifications. Either the owner of the Rule Set, or a manager within the company, can assign ownership from one user to another.

The owner of a Rule Set can assign ownership by selecting a Rule Set from My Rule Sets page, clicking Edit at the bottom of the Customize Rule Set page, and selecting a new owner in the Owner dropdown. If the new owner already has a Rule Set with that name, the assignment will fail.

A manager within the company can assign ownership by selecting a Rule Set owned by a team member from My Team Rule Sets page, clicking Assign at the bottom of the View Rule Set page, and selecting a new owner in the Owner dropdown. If the new owner already has a rule set with that name, the assignment will fail.
