Edit MenuThe Edit menu contains functions for editing files and project properties. The edit functions, cut, copy, paste, and select all, operate in the currently selected document pane. Note that not all of these functions are enabled for all text areas. For instance, cut and paste are grayed out if you select an HTML Report file. Click the function name below for more information.
UndoUndoes the last Source File modification. RedoRestores the last Undo operation. CutCuts the currently selected text. This function is only available in the Source Files and Status panes. The text is removed and placed on the system clipboard. You can paste the text in another location or in another application that supports paste, if you wish. CopyCopies the currently selected text to the system clipboard. This function is available in all of these panes: Scan Results, Source Files and Status. PastePastes the text from the system clipboard to the current cursor location. This function is only available in the Source Files pane. Select AllSelects all the text in the text area. This function is available in all of these panes: Scan Results, Source Files and Status. Project PropertiesBrings up the Project Properties dialog box, which lets you reconfigure the settings for scanning and fixing code. Click here for more information on this dialog.
